Klamath Blue Green Algae - Micro Biological

Microbiological is especially important for products grown in the wild because the product is not being controlled. This is why every batch of Klamath Blue Green Algae® is carefully tested for a number of different biological agents. Microcystin, for example, is a potentially toxic algae that can grow alongside the Afanizomenon Flos-Aquae (the species of Klamath Blue Green Algae®) so it is important that it is filtered out. Our harvester filters all microcystin out right down to the sensitivity of the test for Microcystin.
